Please allow 5 days for your order to be posted.
We do not send items express unless requested which means you need to allow up to 7 days for delivery within Australia and 14 days worldwide.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world and we use Australia Post and Fastways Couriers for local and international shipping. For bulky or far flung items we are happy to put together a shipping quote.
All items will be fully trackable once shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
NO REFUND or RETURNS on sale items.
NO REFUND or RETURNS on items purchased with Afterpay.
We want you to be happy with the items you order and we will honour exchanges and credit notes when an item is faulty, damaged or is not as it appears online.
Requests for an exchange must be made within 2 DAYS of receiving an item via email to email@example.com.
Items must be returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.
We will take responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. In the case of an incorrect size selection or a change of mind the postage is the responsibility of the customer.
All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.

Items being returned to store are the customers responsibility. We suggest using a trackable satchel at all times.
Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be issued prior to the garments returning to store.
Furthermore no replacement garments will be sent out until the original garment has been returned to store.
