We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping and handling within Australia. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery within Australia.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world and we use Australia Post and Fastways Couriers for local and international shipping. For bulky or far flung items we are happy to put together a shipping quote.
All items will be fully traceable once shipped. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been completed and your tracking number will be attached.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with the items you order and we will honour exchanges and credit notes and give a full refund except for SALE items which are non refundable and won’t be accepted for exchange.
In instances where sizing is a real conundrum please contact the store via email or phone call BEFORE placing your order. We can discuss your individual requirements and a replacement exchange can be arranged, we will even hold the alternative side for you. You MUST contact us first however and the item must be back in store within 7 days.
For all other exchanges the requests for an exchange must be made within 2 DAYS of receiving an item via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items must be returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.
We will take responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only.
All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
